Job summary

Karius is seeking a Clinical Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts across hospitals and health systems. You will engage infectious disease physicians, lab directors, and executives to drive adoption of our genomic sequencing diagnostic tests and solutions.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Product leadership to articulate ROI and clinical value, develop key opinion leaders, and manage renewals, while traveling up to 70% to meet customers in major health systems.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales/business development experience in Life Sciences / Biotech, Medical Device, Diagnostic Equipment, and/or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience introducing transformational, novel products or services to physicians and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales revenue and test volume in territory by establishing new business in hospitals.
• Present product features and ROI to key stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to achieve territory goals.
• Develop thought leaders and early adopters for new diagnostic approaches.
• Manage renewals of partner agreements and provide market feedback.
