Job summary

Profound Medical is seeking a Program Development Manager to drive TULSA-PRO procedure growth across assigned accounts in the Chicago region. You will build and execute growth plans, develop clinicians into clinical champions, and expand referral pathways with hospital teams.

The role is quota-driven and requires collaboration with administrators, clinicians, and cross-functional teams to secure resources and achieve program objectives in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical device sales with a quota attainment track record.
• Experience growing procedure volume or utilization in an installed base.
• Capital-plus-procedure, robotic or image-guided therapy sales experience with top rankings preferred.
• Experience building robotics or image-guided therapy service lines in hospital env.
• Medtech sales leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TULSA-PRO growth against quota in assigned accounts and territory.
• Build and execute a written growth plan for each installed account.
• Develop clinicians into TULSA-PRO Clinical Champions using company resources.
• Grow referral networks and patient pathways in each account.
• Collaborate with clinicians, admins and referral sources to win program priority and resources.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and secure stakeholder commitment to objectives.
• Identify and remove obstacles to program growth.
• Partner with sales and clinical teams from launch to expansion.
• Track and report program performance; keep CRM current and forecast accurately.
• Represent TULSA-PRO at marketing events and executive meetings.
