Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Program Development Manager in the United States to drive growth for innovative image-guided treatment programs. You will develop clinician relationships, hospital partnerships, and referral networks to expand the adoption of the TULSA-PRO procedure across assigned accounts.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align clinical and economic value, and manage programs from launch through expansion, while meeting quarterly sales quotas and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of medical device sales with a proven quota track record.
• Experience selling capital equipment and procedure-based solutions (robotics, image-guided therapies).
• Strong record of top sales performance and/or awards (e.g., President's Club, Rep of the Year).
• Experience developing strategic clinical service lines in hospital environments.
• Prior sales leadership in medical technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory and revenue growth by increasing procedure volumes and executing growth plans.
• Identify and develop clinical champions to promote the TULSA-PRO procedure.
• Build and expand clinical programs within hospitals with stakeholder commitment.
• Strengthen referral networks and patient pathways for improved access and volume.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with priority accounts and demonstrate program value.
