Profound Medical is seeking a Regional Program Director to lead a regional team of Program Development Managers and drive TULSA-PRO growth across the region. You will hire, train and develop PDMs, focusing on building clinical champions and expanding installed programs with a results-driven approach.

The role requires extensive field time, strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration to align capital, marketing and clinical teams for regional success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of medical device sales experience with 3+ years in sales leadership.
• Proven record hiring, training and developing sales talent.
• Experience building relationships with hospital executives and IDN/health system leaders.
• Capital-plus-procedure, robotic or image-guided therapy leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with urology, radiology or oncology environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver TULSA-PRO growth against regional quota.
• Recruit, hire and onboard top PDM talent.
• Train and develop PDMs using established rubrics and coaching.
• Spend majority of time in the field with PDMs on plans and meetings.
• Build regional business plan and set territory quotas with leadership.
• Review plans and hold team accountable to the plan.
• Engage hospital and IDN leaders to win priority and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove growth barriers.
