Job summary

VOALA is seeking a Senior Supervisor of Clinical Case Management to oversee the multidisciplinary team providing clinical and casework services in Los Angeles. The role serves as primary clinical advisor to the Program Manager for the assigned unit and ensures high-quality care aligned with VOALA policies.

Requirements include a Master’s in social work, psychology, or counseling and an active California license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC), with at least 3 years of leadership in relevant settings.

Qualifications

• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
• Ability to handle emotional stress while working with vulnerable populations.
• DOJ Live Scan required.
• TB test required.
• Flu vaccine (or declination form) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical case management services and supervise the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure adherence to VOALA policies, regulations and standards.
• Review case records for accuracy and compliance with laws and program requirements.
• Lead staff meetings, trainings, and quality improvement activities.
• Support contract expectations and billing through effective documentation.
