Job summary

VOALA LA seeks a Program Supervisor I to provide experience-based leadership and administrative support to meet program goals and contracted objectives on-site in Los Angeles. You will supervise the Case Manager and Housing Specialist, coordinate intake, service plans, and housing stability plans, and help ensure data quality and timely reporting.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Social Work, 1 year of supervisory experience, and ability to work with diverse clients; Master’s in Social Work

Qualifications

Pass fingerprint clearance and background check.
Valid California driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Ability to handle emotional stress and challenging clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field; 4 years experience.
1 year of supervisory experience in a social services org.

Responsibilities

Supervise the Case Manager and Housing Specialist to meet grant objectives.
Coordinate day-to-day operations, intake, service plans and housing stability plans.
Conduct weekly case conferencing and monthly file audits.
Monitor program compliance and document procedures.
Train and mentor staff; implement QA systems.
Coordinate outreach with community partners and landlords.
Other duties as assigned.
