Job summary

VOALA in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Case Manager to mentor the case management team and ensure all delivered services meet the needs of SSVF clients. The role combines administrative duties with field/outreach work to support vulnerable populations.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a case manager, plus completion of VOALA Case Management training within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience.
• Completion of VOALA Case Management training within 6 months of hire.
• Fingerprint clearance and background checks (including DOJ Live Scan) and health screenings are required.

Responsibilities

• On-site responsibilities: report to work on-site daily.
• Conduct comprehensive screenings to develop client case plans.
• Monitor and support case managers to ensure service quality and progress.
• Coordinate referrals to VA/community providers and services.
• Maintain and secure client records and program documentation.
• Assist with outreach events and program workshops.
• Other duties as assigned.
