Job summary

VOALA is seeking a Senior Case Manager III to act as the subject matter expert for the case management team in Los Angeles. You will mentor staff, coordinate services, assess client needs, and ensure timely follow-up to keep service plans on track.

The role combines administrative duties with field/outreach work, requiring strong leadership in a high-demand setting and a commitment to helping vulnerable populations access resources and achieve stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in social sciences or family therapy.
• Completion of VOALA Case Management training within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in case management for high-need populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead the case management team to ensure service plans meet client needs.
• Coordinate assess-ments, service planning, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Conduct on-site and outreach activities to support clients and families.
