Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Lead Clinical Case Manager to supervise a skilled team and coordinate high-acuity client care, including assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

This on-site role requires a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling, ASW/AMFT registration, fingerprint clearance, TB screening, and a valid BLS certificate. You will mentor staff and collaborate with community resources.

Qualifications

• Fingerprint clearance and background check required
• TB screening and immunization Records within 5 days of hire
• Current BLS certification within 15 days of hire
• Current professional license if applicable
• Completion of all required trainings within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Case Management Team and supervise staff
• Coordinate comprehensive screenings, assessments, and case planning for clients
• Attend court as client liaison and collaborate with community resources
• Ensure regulatory compliance and regular case file audits
• Provide training and mentoring to junior staff
