Job summary

VOALA in the Los Angeles area is seeking a Lead Clinical Case Manager to supervise the most complex client cases within the Clinical Case Management Team. The role blends administrative duties with field outreach, coaching junior staff, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate service linkages, drive crisis interventions, and support families toward self-sufficiency while working on-site with a dedicated team in our client-centered programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required.
• 1500 supervised hours toward licensure (LCSW/LMFT) or equivalent.
• Current TB screening and immunization records.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and monitors caseload of Clinical Case Management Team.
• Conducts comprehensive screenings and develops complex case plans.
• Monitors progress and conducts interventions as needed.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and services.
• Train and mentor junior staff; provide guidance and problem solving.
• Attend court with clients as liaison and participate in outreach events.
