Job summary

VOALA in Compton, CA seeks a Lead Clinical Case Manager to supervise services for clients with complex co‑morbidities, coordinating counseling, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. This on‑site role serves vulnerable populations in the Los Angeles area.

The position requires an MSW or related field, active ASW/AMFT registration, and at least 3 years of complex clinical experience with 1500 supervised hours toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
• Registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an ASW or AMFT.
• Minimum 3 years of complex clinical experience in homelessness, addictions, under-served populations or re-entry programs.
• 1500 supervised hours toward licensure (LCSW/LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Case Management Team and supervise staff.
• Conduct comprehensive screenings and develop complex case plans.
• Coordinate referrals to community services and resources.
• Attend court with clients as liaison and advocate.
• Plan and participate in outreach events and workshops.
