Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to act as a Pharmacy Navigator, reviewing medication lists to support adherence and minimize therapy gaps. You will help members access medications, coordinate refills, and communicate plans to providers.

The role includes addressing barriers to care, supporting MTM interventions, and collaborating with community pharmacies to monitor adherence and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience communicating with patients, providers, and pharmacists on medication issues.
• Nationally certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB, NHA) or licensed Pharmacy Technician in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Review medication lists to improve adherence and eliminate barriers to therapy as the member's Pharmacy Navigator.
• Facilitate refills, new prescriptions, appointments, and access to medications, including for financial hardship, and document care delivered.
