Job summary

HealthFirst seeks a Pharmacy Technician to act as a Pharmacy Navigator, reviewing medication lists to improve adherence, minimize gaps, and prevent adverse events. The role includes coordinating refills and new prescriptions, assisting with appointments, and helping members access medications when there are financial barriers.

You will partner with HealthFirst pharmacists and external providers to implement MTM within broader healthcare management services and to monitor member adherence through

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with patients, providers, and pharmacists about medication issues.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Licensed or certified Pharmacy Technician per state/national standards.

Responsibilities

• Review medication lists to ensure adherence and minimize barriers.
• Coordinate refills, new prescriptions, and appointments; assist with financial barriers.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and providers to integrate MTM into care plans.
• Communicate member medication adherence to community pharmacies.
