Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader Intern to support delivering evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and related needs. You will work under supervision to implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings, gaining hands-on leadership experience.

Benefiting from a structured mentorship, you will participate in joint sessions, coaching opportunities, and documentation review as you progress toward Clinical Leader roles and BCBA pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field preferred.
• Interest in pursuing ABA leadership/BCBA-track.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
