Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader Intern to support delivery of evidence-based ABA services for children with autism. You will work under supervision to implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings, while gaining leadership exposure and mentorship.

The role blends direct care, mentorship, and early leadership exposure, with opportunities for free college tuition reimbursement and structured professional development through CSD University.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Education, or related field.
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification interventions, or 1+ year plus 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis, or BCaBA certification.
• Reliable transportation to client homes, schools, and centers.
• Proof of vaccinations as required by CA policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
• Carry a limited caseload with guidance from senior clinicians.
• Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching.
• Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity.
• Support parent education conversations with Clinical Leaders.
