Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) invites you to join as a Clinical Leader Intern, a hands-on role designed to develop future clinical leaders in ABA. You will assist in implementing treatment plans across home, school, and community environments under supervision, while preparing for advanced leadership tracks.

Starting pay is hourly and based on experience. The program includes tuition support, paid training, and structured mentorship to grow toward BCBA-track responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience implementing behavior modification interventions.
• 1+ year of ABA experience with 12 semester units or BCaBA.
• Reliable transportation to home, school, and community settings.
• Ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements (vaccinations).

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
• Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility, supported by senior clinicians.
• Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching opportunities.
• Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity.
• Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams as part of your learning experience.
