Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) in California is offering a hands-on Clinical Leader Intern internship designed for future clinical leaders. Under supervision, you will deliver 1:1 ABA services, follow treatment plans, and support skill development across home, school, and community settings.

This role blends direct care with mentorship and structured leadership exposure, providing a clear pathway toward advanced clinical leadership and BCBA-track opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed disciplines is required.
• Experience pathways: 2+ years of behavior modification services, or 1+ year with 12 college units in ABA or BCaBA.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements.
• Vaccinations as mandated in CA.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support: provide 1:1 ABA services, follow treatment plans, support skill development, deliver in homes/schools/centers/community settings.
• Early Clinical Leadership Exposure: carry a limited caseload with supervision, participate in joint sessions and in-field coaching, assist with documentation and parent education.
