Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is offering a Clinical Leader Intern role designed to develop future leaders in ABA-based care. You will deliver 1:1 services under supervision, implement treatment plans, and participate in in-field coaching to build leadership skills.

This paid internship includes mentorship from senior clinicians, documentation support, and a clear pathway toward advanced roles, with tuition reimbursement and structured professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, or related field.
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year with 12 ABA units or BCaBA.
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet vaccination requirements.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
• Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility, supported by senior clinicians.
• Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity.
• Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders.
