Qualifications

• One-year lab tech experience in a fast-paced acute care setting (Chemistry, Reference lab and/or Microbiology).
• Anatomy knowledge and pathology experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process clinical laboratory specimens.
• Load specimens in various analyzers.
• Scan specimens for storage and tracking.
• Answer laboratory inquiries from hospital units or healthcare providers.
• Assist with blood drawing if phlebotomy license is held.
