Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 55 WPM; 70+ WPM preferred.
• Commitment of at least 1 year; 2+ years preferred.
• Strong attendance and ability to work in-person 40–45 hours/week.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and quick learning of processes.
• HIPAA compliance and ability to work with paired provider workflows.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in structured notes with HPI, assessment and plan.
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes and prepare After Visit Summaries.
• Support daily huddles and clinical documentation reviews.
• Provide administrative support to the care team as needed.
