Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 55 WPM (70+ WPM preferred).
• Must commit a minimum of 1 year to the position (2+ years preferred).
• Excellent attendance and ability to work in-person ~40–45 hours per week.
• This is a full-time position; no part-time roles currently available.
• HIPAA compliance and ability to work within hospital policies.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Documenting patient encounters in a structured note with history, assessment, plan and exam.
• Assigning appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes and preparing After Visit Summaries.
• Supporting clinical documentation improvement and population health tools.
• Providing administrative support to the provider and care team, including placing orders and referrals.
