Qualifications

• Advanced listening and communication skills are required.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new workflows are required.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by the communities served is required where indicated.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time with CPT/ICD-10 coding.
• Assist with clinical documentation improvement and daily huddles.
• Support administrative tasks for the care team, including referrals and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
