The role requires a PharmD, PGY2 in Pharmacy Informatics, and Willow certification within 120 days, with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Doctorate Pharmacy required and related clinical experience.
• Completion of a PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics residency or equivalent hospital pharmacist experience.
• EPIC Willow Certification within 120 days and RP license in PA.
• Strong self-management skills and ability to handle changing priorities.
• Analytical skills to assess clinical/business problems and develop feasible solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical software leadership on small to medium projects as required.
• Maintains understanding of user priorities and scopes with leadership.
• Stays informed about technological advancements in the field.
• Recommends new tools to improve access and efficiency.
• Coordinates and participates in unit, functional, and integration testing.
• Participates in committees providing data and system governance.
• Troubleshoots problems using area expertise.
• Develops conventions, standards, and procedures to improve department function.
• Develops strategies to meet future information needs and follows project management methods.
