Community Health Network seeks an Information Systems Pharmacist / Epic Willow Analyst to join our team, focusing on optimizing pharmacy applications and workflows through EHR configuration, build, testing, and ongoing support.

The role partners with pharmacy leadership, IT, vendors, and end users to improve medication management and caregiver efficiency, with a strong emphasis on patient safety. A pharmacy license in Indiana and Epic Willow expertise are required or strongly preferred.

Formación

• Pharmacist license required by IPLA (Indiana).
• 3–5 years hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Epic Willow experience or pharmacy informatics background preferred.
• Epic Willow Certification strongly preferred.
• Must obtain Epic certification within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to mentor and support other analysts.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of pharmacy information systems.
• Completes application build, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system support.
• Performs workflow analysis and evaluates the impact of system changes on end users and operations.
• Maintains pharmacy formularies and order sets in collaboration with leadership.
• Supports First Databank integration, including alert configuration.
• Supports integrations with third-party pharmacy systems.
• Monitors incident resolution and ensures service expectations and project deliverables are met.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to analysts in application knowledge and workflow/build coordination.
• Maintains current professional knowledge through continued learning and certification.
