Job summary

Ellit Groups is seeking an experienced Willow PharmD Informaticist to support post-Go-Live optimization of Epic Willow and pharmacy-related clinical information systems. This role combines pharmacy informatics, Epic Willow knowledge, and strong analytical skills to improve medication management workflows, system functionality, end-user adoption, and patient safety.

The Informaticist will evaluate a backlog of approximately 2,500 support tickets, identify common themes, and partner with the Epic

Qualifications

• PharmD or RPh is required and license must be current.
• Epic Willow certification is required.
• Clinical pharmacy informatics certification or 3–5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate backlog of ~2,500 support tickets and identify themes.
• Collaborate with Epic Willow team on optimization opportunities.
• Support analysis, testing, documentation, education, and implementation.
• Assist with system upgrades, enhanced functionality, and workflows.
