Qualifications

• Doctorate Pharmacy and Pennsylvania Pharmacist license on hire.
• 2 years of clinical applications or direct Epic build, implementation and support, or
• 5 years as a hospital pharmacist in a large hospital/IDN or
• Completion of a PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics residency.
• Exhibits highly developed self-management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills to assess clinical/business problems and develop feasible solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Teamwork focused and EPIC Willow Certification within 120 days.
• RP - Registered Pharmacist - State of Pennsylvania On Hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical software leadership on small to medium projects as required.
• Maintains understanding of user, project leader, and management direction; reviews priorities and scope.
• Stays abreast of technological advancements; researches and recommends tools to improve access and efficiency.
• Coordinates and participates in unit, functional, and integration testing.
• Participates in team and departmental committees providing data and system governance.
• Troubleshoots problems using area knowledge.
• Develops conventions, standards, and procedures to improve function.
• Develops and implements strategies to meet future information needs for LVHN.
• Follows current project management methodology; ensures team adherence.
