Community Health Network is seeking an Information Systems Pharmacist / Epic Willow Analyst to optimize pharmacy workflows and EHR configuration. The role partners with pharmacy leadership, IT teams and vendors to enhance medication management via Ep Willow and related systems.

Ideal candidates have pharmacy operations experience, Epic Willow knowledge, and a clinical informatics mindset. Hybrid in-office presence is expected to support needs of the department.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of pharmacy required.
• Must be licensed as a Pharmacist by IPLA.
• 3–5 years of hospital pharmacy experience required.
• In lieu of pharmacy background and licensure, strong Epic Willow analyst experience considered.
• Epic Willow Certification strongly preferred.
• Must obtain Epic certification within 6 months of hire.
• Experience supporting pharmacy information systems and workflows is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and information systems.
• Ability to analyze workflows and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ability to mentor and support other analysts and team members.
• Hybrid role with in-office work once to twice a week as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of pharmacy information systems.
• Completes application build, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system support.
• Performs workflow analysis and evaluates impact of changes on end users and pharmacy operations.
• Maintains pharmacy formularies and order sets with pharmacy and Network leadership.
• Supports First Databank integration, including alert configuration.
• Supports integrations with third-party pharmacy systems.
• Monitors and supports incident resolution while meeting service expectations.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to analysts in knowledge, testing, and workflow/build coordination.
• Maintains current professional knowledge through continued learning and certification.
