Job summary

Community Health Network seeks an Information Systems Pharmacist / Epic Willow Analyst to optimize pharmacy applications and clinical workflows across the organization. You will work with pharmacy leadership, IT teams, vendors, and end users to improve medication management through EHR configuration, build, testing, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Must be licensed as a Pharmacist by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA).
• Three (3) to five (5) years of hospital pharmacy experience required.
• In lieu of a pharmacy background and licensure, candidates with strong Epic Willow Analyst experience will be considered.
• Epic Willow Certification is strongly preferred; must obtain Epic certification within 6 months of hire.
• Experience supporting pharmacy information systems, application workflows, system build, testing, or optimization is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of pharmacy information systems.
• Completes application build, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system support.
• Performs workflow analysis and evaluates the impact of system changes on end users, pharmacy operations, and other IT applications.
• Maintains pharmacy formularies and order sets in collaboration with pharmacy and Network leadership.
• Supports First Databank integration, including alert configuration.
• Supports integrations with third-party pharmacy systems.
• Monitors and supports incident resolution while helping ensure service expectations and project deliverables are met.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to analysts in application knowledge, problem-solving, testing, implementation, research strategies, and workflow/build coordination.
• Maintains current professional and application knowledge through continued learning, certification, and proficiency development.
