UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Staff Assistant I to support outpatient front office operations. You will learn registration, scheduling and insurance tasks, while delivering compassionate, professional patient service.

Proficiency with Epic EMR and HIPAA compliance will be developed in a team-based environment that emphasizes patient care and professional growth.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or GED with prior customer service experience required
• Licenses and Certifications: Successful completion of CSA competencies in two clinical front office operations within 6-12 months of hire
• Preferred: Degree in related field and/or related experience preferred but not required

Responsabilidades

• Learn two or more clinical front office operations within 6-12 months: Registration, Scheduling, Inbound call documentation, Insurance Entry and Verification, Referrals Management, Cash Drawer/Payment Posting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epic EMR system user operations and clinic workflows.
• Deliver superior customer service and represent UT Southwestern professionally to patients and colleagues.
• Build rapport with internal and external teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.
