Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED with prior customer service experience required.
• Licenses and Certifications: Successful completion of CSA competencies in two clinical front office operations within 6-12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in at least two clinical front office operations (e.g., Registration, Scheduling, Inbound call documentation, Insurance Entry and Verification, Referrals Management, Cash Drawer/Payment Posting).
• Learn and maintain Epic EMR system knowledge and front office workflows.
• Deliver superior customer service representing UT Southwestern professionally to patients and staff.
• Build rapport with internal and external team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and UT Southwestern policy.
• Duties may include direct patient interaction or handling patient records; perform other duties as assigned.
