The Clinical Compliance Specialist (CCS) is responsible for coordinating student and faculty compliance requirements and maintaining compliance records for all students and faculty engaged in experiential learning activities. The CCS confirms partner clinical site requirements and ensures both students and faculty have fulfilled requirements before placement. The CCS escalates non-compliance issues promptly to ensure the university remains compliant with clinical partners.

Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in clinical, healthcare, office/auditing, or higher education settings.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in clinical, healthcare, office/auditing, or higher education settings.
  • Sales and marketing experience.
Pay:

Compensation depends on qualifications and experience. The salary range for this position is $43,350 to $58,650. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including tuition benefits, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Faculty and Students in Clinical Requirements
    • Manage and evaluate clinical education documentation such as health screenings, immunizations, CPR certifications, background checks, and compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards.
    • Communicate with students and faculty to ensure clinical requirements are fulfilled before placements.
    • Facilitate clinical readiness courses and escalate non-compliance issues.
  • Processing and Reporting on Clinical Compliance
    • Maintain accurate records and monitor expiration dates for compliance requirements.
    • Follow communication protocols to report non-compliance and coordinate interventions.
  • Support Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance
    • Collaborate on regulatory reporting needs and ensure compliance with state and board requirements for clinical affiliations.
