The Clinical Compliance Specialist (CCS) is responsible for coordinating student and faculty compliance requirements and maintaining compliance records for all students and faculty engaged in experiential learning activities. The CCS confirms partner clinical site requirements and ensures both students and faculty fulfill requirements before placement. The CCS escalates non-compliance issues promptly to maintain compliance with clinical partners.

Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in clinical, healthcare, office/auditing, or higher education settings.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
  • Two years of experience in clinical, healthcare, office/auditing, or higher education settings.
  • Sales and marketing experience.
Pay:

Compensation is based on qualifications and experience. The salary range is $43,350 to $58,650. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including tuition benefits, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Faculty and Students in Clinical Requirements:
    • Manage documentation related to clinical education, including health screenings, immunizations, CPR, background checks, and compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards.
    • Communicate to ensure clinical requirements are fulfilled before placements.
    • Facilitate clinical readiness courses.
    • Escalate non-compliance issues for intervention.
  • Process and Report on Clinical Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate records for reporting.
    • Follow communication protocols for non-compliance issues.
    • Keep records of clinical site requirements and monitor expiration dates and renewals.
  • Support Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance:
    • Collaborate on regulatory reporting as assigned.
    • Follow guidance for clinical affiliations in new markets.
    • Comply with state and local clinical requirements.
