The Clinical Compliance Specialist (CCS) is responsible for coordinating student and faculty compliance requirements and maintaining compliance records for all students and faculty engaged in experiential learning activities. The CCS confirms partner clinical site requirements and ensures both students and faculty fulfill requirements before placement. The CCS escalates non-compliance issues promptly to ensure the university remains compliant with clinical partners' requirements.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in clinical, healthcare, office/auditing, or higher education settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• Two years of experience in clinical, healthcare, office/auditing, or higher education settings.
• Sales and marketing experience.

Pay and Benefits:

Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and circumstances. Salary ranges from $43,350 to $58,650. Benefits include a tuition waiver and reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.

Responsibilities:

• Support Faculty and Students in Clinical Requirements: Manage documentation such as health screenings, immunizations, CPR certifications, background checks, and compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards. Communicate with students and faculty to ensure requirements are fulfilled before placements. Facilitate clinical readiness courses and escalate non-compliance issues.
• Manage Clinical Compliance Records: Maintain accurate records, monitor expiration dates, and communicate needed renewals and non-compliance issues to leadership.
• Support Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with compliance leadership on reporting needs, adhere to guidelines for clinical affiliations, and ensure compliance with state and local requirements.
