Job summary

Relief Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Assistant to provide both clinical and administrative support in a fast-paced behavioral health clinic. You will assist with TMS treatments, Spravato services, and maintain patient records while delivering compassionate care.

Ideal candidates bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Google Workspace, and a solid understanding of HIPAA. Prior healthcare exposure and EHR familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Healthcare experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Ability to learn and maintain Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain during training.
• TMS administration certification within one month of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Assist with TMS treatment administration and monitoring.
• Support Spravato treatment services and maintain accurate patient records.
• Greet patients, manage front desk duties, and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Assist with billing tasks, scheduling, and inventory management.
