Job summary

Sysmex Corporation in the United States seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist I to join a multidisciplinary team supporting instrument and middleware integration in clinical laboratories. You will lead implementation, on-site training, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth customer adoption and successful go-lives.

Travel up to 80% is expected; preferred locations include Albuquerque NM, Boston MA, Chicago IL, Orlando FL, Seattle WA, or Los Angeles CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant hematology experience
• Associate’s degree with Medical Technologist/MLT and 10+ years in hematology/hemostasis
• Active ASCP or CLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Implement Sysmex instruments, middleware, and reagents at customer sites and plan deployment
• Troubleshoot reagent, middleware, or instrument performance to improve customer self-sufficiency
• Develop and deliver training programs for customers and Technical Services
• Manage time, territory, and accounts; document activity and support sales objectives
• Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical presentations and demonstrations
