Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of hematology/ hemostasis experience.
• Active ASCP or CLS certification required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Sysmex instruments, middleware and reagents at customer sites; manage integration timelines.
• Troubleshoot reagent, middleware and instrument issues; provide root-cause analysis and solutions.
• Develop and deliver training programs for customers and Technical Services.
• Manage time, territory and accounts; document activity and drive process improvements.
• Provide pre- and post-sale technical presentations and support.
