Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist I to join a multidisciplinary team supporting instrument and middleware integration from order to go-live in laboratories.

You will train customers, troubleshoot performance issues, and contribute to successful customer adoption of Sysmex solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, hematology experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years hematology experience desired.
• Active ASCP or CLS certification preferred; supervisory experience valued.
• Experience with LIS/HIS/WAM and quality systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement Sysmex instruments, middleware, and reagents at customer sites, ensuring regulatory/validation requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot reagent, middleware, or instrument issues to improve customer self-sufficiency.
• Develop and deliver training programs for customers and Technical Services to maintain satisfaction.
