Job summary

Sysmex Corporation is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist I to support instrument and middleware integration from order to go-live in laboratory environments. You will participate in training, troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical consultation across multiple regions.

The role emphasizes Hematology expertise, strong communication, and the ability to lead multi-site integrations while traveling up to 80% of the time. A mix of GxP knowledge and IT aptitude is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years experience OR Associate’s degree with MT/MLT and 10+ years hematology industry experience.
• Active ASCP or CLS certification required.
• Experience with LIS, HIS or WAM preferred.
• Strong Hematology experience and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Sysmex instruments, middleware, and reagents at customer sites, plan implementation and train customers.
• Troubleshoot reagent, middleware, or instrument issues to improve customer self-sufficiency.
• Develop and deliver training programs (workshops and onsite) for customers and Technical Services.
• Manage territory and accounts, document activity, drive process improvements, support sales objectives.
