Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. seeks a Specialist I, Clinical Applications to lead instrument and middleware integration from order to go-live in laboratory settings. You will train customers, troubleshoot, and act as the technical consultant to ensure a smooth installation and ongoing satisfaction.

This role requires hematology expertise, ASCP/CLS certification, strong communication and presentation skills, and travel up to 80%. Salary range $60,200 to $100,100 plus benefits and an incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years lab/IT experience or Associate's with MLT/MLT and 10+ years in hematology.
• Active ASCP or CLS certification required.
• Strong hematology experience and able to guide customers technically.

Responsibilities

• Implement Sysmex instruments, middleware, and reagents at customer sites; plan and manage integration.
• Provide training and troubleshooting to ensure customer self-sufficiency and satisfaction.
• Support sales objectives by delivering technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Manage territory effectively; document activity and communicate critical issues.
• Travel up to 80% on short notice.
