Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. is hiring a Specialist I, Clinical Applications to support instrument integration and training within laboratory environments across multiple states. The role requires extensive travel and a strong IT and hematology background.

You will act as a technical consultant, deliver workshops, assist with system implementations, and collaborate with sales to meet customer requirements; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years experience preferred.
• Associate's degree with Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician background acceptable.
• ASCP certification required; supervisory experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement Sysmex instruments, middleware, and reagents at customer sites; plan implementation and training.
• Troubleshoot reagent, middleware, or instrument issues; diagnose and propose solutions.
• Develop and deliver training programs for customers and Technical Services.
