Job summary

Sysmex Corporation is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist I to join a multidisciplinary team supporting laboratory integration from order to go-live. The role includes on-site instrument and middleware training, troubleshooting, and technical consulting for customers, with strong emphasis on hematology and IT within clinical labs.

Ideal candidates will have lab and IT experience, excellent communication, and willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years hematology or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree with Medical Technologist credential plus 10+ years hematology experience.
• Active ASCP or CLS certification required.
• Supervisory experience is desirable.
• Experience with LIS, HIS or WAM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Sysmex instruments, middleware, and reagents at customer sites; manage the installation and validation process.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support; troubleshoot reagent, middleware and instrument performance.
• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops for customers and Technical Services.
• Manage territory, accounts, and data; support sales objectives and process improvements.
• Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical presentations and product demonstrations.
