Sysmex Corporation in Seattle seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist I to support instrument and middleware integration from order to go-live in the laboratory. You will participate in implementation activities, on-site training, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth customer adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3–5 years of experience, or an Associate degree with Medical Technologist/MLT and 10+ years hematology experience.
• Active ASCP or CLS certification is required.
• Experience with LIS/HIS/WAM and CLIA/COLA procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Sysmex instruments, middleware, and reagents at customer sites and manage the integration timeline.
• Troubleshoot reagent, middleware, or instrument performance issues and drive customer satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver training programs and on-site workshops for customers and Technical Services.
• Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support and contribute to sales objectives.
