Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist I in Utah to deliver product applications and technical support for diagnostic test systems. You will train, troubleshoot, and consult with customers, manage complaint handling, and coordinate with internal teams to provide world-class support.

Qualifications include a bachelor's in a biological science and 2+ years in a clinical laboratory setting (microbiology/molecular biology).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Biological science.
• 2+ years of professional related experience in Clinical laboratory setting with specialization in Microbiology and/or Molecular Biology.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support with product education, troubleshooting, and resolutions.
• Initiate, manage, and resolve customer complaints and determine escalation needs.
• Perform on-call duties to provide 24-hour technical support.
• Support customers with training and implementation of product enhancements.
• Manage product returns when applicable.
• Maintain competency on bioMérieux products and procedures.
