Job summary

Allina Health in Cottage Grove is seeking a Clinic Business Representative Associate to welcome patients, perform registrations, collect payments, and support the front desk and lobby operations. This role emphasizes accurate data entry into the EMR and delivering a welcoming patient experience.

The position involves day/evening shifts, 8-hour days, and no weekend work, with 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period). Prior experience with Microsoft Office and customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience to meet required functional competencies.
• Minimum 1 year computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greets, welcomes, and performs the registration process with patients in person or by phone.
• Collects co-pays and/or remaining balances.
• Manages and organizes the patient care lobby and provides other department support.
• Other duties as assigned.
