Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Clinic Operations Manager to lead the Mammography clinic's day-to-day operations, overseeing support staff and ensuring smooth patient flow. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and a background in healthcare administration.

You will collaborate with clinicians to improve care delivery, implement policies, and train staff. Hybrid work is available after a 90-day training period, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule at the Boston site.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree Healthcare Administration required; Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration preferred.
• No substitution of experience for the degree.
• Experience: 3–5 years in healthcare; 2–3 years in leadership or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor clinic support staff and administrative/clinical assistants.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate patient appointments and manage patient flow with providers.
• Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures for efficiency.
• Assist in training new staff and ongoing education for existing staff.
• Handle patient inquiries and feedback to ensure satisfaction and standards.
