Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years in healthcare setting and 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and office software.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and coding processes.

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of clinical practice, providing leadership to the clinic team, and enhancing patient care delivery. Compensation: The posted salary reflects the starting range for this position. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, including experience, education, and relevant skills.
