Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• LMLS: Certified Medical Assistant; strong clinical and administrative tasks experience.
• Experience in medical practice settings preferred; leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the medical assisting team, including training and mentoring.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure workload balance.
• Coordinate patient flow to ensure timely and efficient care delivery.
• Assist with patient intake, including history, vitals, and exam prep.
• Serve as a preceptor for new hires or students; participate in coverage scheduling.
