Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant credential required.
• 3–5 years MA experience with clinical and administrative tasks.
• Epic experience and leadership experience preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the medical assisting team, including training and mentoring.
• Assign tasks and ensure proper workload distribution.
• Coordinate patient flow and timely delivery of care.
• Assist with patient intake and preparing patients for examination.
• Serve as preceptor for new hires or students and supervise clinic support staff.
