Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinic preparation and patient check-in/out.
• Enter pre-visit orders and prepare patient charts.
• Collect and post co-payments; manage accounts and balances.
• Schedule tests and procedures; coordinate labs/procedures as requested.
• Explain billing to patients according to policy and collect payments.
• Answer phone calls and relay messages to physicians, nurses, and staff.
