Responsibilities

• Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing next day patients and completing preparation activities.
• Enter pre-visit orders and prepare new patient charts.
• Collect and post co-payments and balances on accounts due.
• Identify correct patient information and verify demographics.
• Edit electronic patient charts as needed.
• Demonstrate excellent relationship skills with clients and staff.
